Jerry Vogl

Gerald has served on the senior management team of three startup companies, two of which were successfully taken public. Having started his career as a cost accountant with an automotive manufacturer and having enjoyed success in diverse roles including Area President, C.I.O., Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Global Integration, and Vice President of Information Technology he is familiar with all aspects of operating a company. Over his career Gerald has worked in the banking, wireless and the software industry as well as provided consulting services for utilities, banks, construction, finance, apparel, IT services, facility management and medical product companies.

Over the course of his career, Gerald has worked as a consultant with a wide range of companies from fortune 500 companies to firms with revenues under $2,000,000. Gerald’s in-depth knowledge of profit engineering, process improvement, risk management, accounting, information technology, project management and change management provides a broad base from which Gerald rapidly identifies root causes and implements best in class solutions to drive profits, customer and employee satisfaction.

Robert Bailey

Robert started his career as an enterprise software engineer that quickly embraced the value of partnering business with technology. Robert is a detail and process oriented individual that puts significant value on process, work flow and governance.

Quickly being able to identify and understand unique, and some times complex, business concerns and quickly translating them to tangible results has allowed him to move up in his career. Robert has an ability to identify and automate processes to increase business value and find unique and effective ways to tie business value directly to technical projects.

In the past 10 years, Robert has assisted many companies interested in leveraging technology within their businesses successfully, providing both leadership and oversight to ensure success.

Robert attended University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

Ronald Young

Ronald has previously served as a Project Manager/ Business Analyst in both the public and private sectors for global implementations and projects with the Deloitte, FIS, Fulton County Schools, Crawford and Company, Wells Fargo, Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, The Catholic University of America, and Altria Group Inc. (Philip Morris). He is a graduate of Georgia State University and earned an executive management certificate from the University Of Richmond Robins School Of Business.

Ronald, a South Carolina native, currently resides in Smyrna Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta with his wife Michaiah and 3 children. In his off time he enjoys cooking, playing chess, traveling, and HGTV.

Mick Stohr

Mick brings 20 years of experience in helping small businesses be successful. He has worked with clients in a wide range of industries including: Construction, Manufacturing, Retail, Wholesale, Automotive, Professional Services, and Commercial and Residential Services. Mick is an expert in developing systems for companies using the KISS method, making it easy for staff to implement and use. He works within the client’s experience and company’s culture to create systems and controls that leverages the employee’s skills, abilities, and experience while bringing the company’s processes and performance to the highest industry standards. Staff are coached and trained not to just do the work but understand why it needs to be done.

Mick has a strong background in software and hardware integration and is an expert in QuickBooks and Excel. Mick earned his MBA in 2001 at the Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa.
