During the course of the engagement LEGENT will discover and present you with opportunities to improve your business results.

Most of these opportunities will come from interviews with you and your team.

We will interview your staff, collect their suggestions and complaints. We will use root cause analysis to identifythe minimum number of process improvements that address the most valuable opportunities within the least amount of time. Each opportunity will have the current cost or lost opportunity clearly identified as well as the cost to remediate the resulting financial return. Going through this exercise frequently frees up both financial and organizational resources which can then be utilized to fund and support the strategic initiatives.
